We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our client´s team. The ideal candidate has experience in applying window film to vehicles, homes, or commercial buildings, and is committed to precision, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and apply window tint film to automotive, residential, and/or commercial windows
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing dirt or debris
• Use heat guns and other tools to apply and secure the film without bubbles, creases, or misalignment
• Inspect completed jobs for quality and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Keep inventory of tinting materials and tools
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a window tinter (minimum 3 preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Familiarity with different types of films (ceramic, carbon, dyed, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if mobile tinting is required)

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience with paint protection film (PPF) or vinyl wrap installation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
