RPA Automation Engineer

We are seeking an RPA Automation Engineer with strong experience in RPA projects and Microsoft Power Automate. This role is essential for collaborating with a global automation team, requiring solid technical skills and the ability to make informed decisions about the technologies to implement. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with UiPath and Power Automate, and must be capable of developing practical automation solutions. A functional level of English is required to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate
• Evaluate and determine the most suitable technology for each automation project
• Collaborate with the global automation team in English
• Develop and optimize automated workflows in Power Automate
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments in coordination with vendors and the global team

Required Profile

• Experience in RPA projects and Power Automate
• Knowledge of UiPath and Power Automate
• Ability to make informed decisions regarding automation technologies
• English communication skills for interaction with global teams
• Practical, hands‑on experience developing with Power Automate
• Ability to understand and analyze business processes
