Description

Is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our growing corporate team. This position will be fully remote.

 The Proposal Manager will be responsible for full proposal management lifecycle support to include Proposal Development & Management; Strategy & Collaboration; Content & Design; AI & Technology Integration; and Process Improvement & Knowledge Management.


Required Skills:

•  Bachelor's degree required.

•  3+ years of proposal development experience, preferably within Government consulting services.

•  Familiarity with GSA schedules and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

•  Proficiency with federal procurement and submission platforms, including eBuy, GovWin, PIEE, Seaport, and SAM.gov.

•  Expert-level proficiency in MS Word as a desktop publishing tool; strong command of the full MS Office suite, including graphics applications.

•  Hands-on experience with desktop publishing software (such as Adobe InDesign, Publisher, or equivalent) to produce visually compelling, print- and submission-ready proposal documents.

•  Proficiency in MS SharePoint and other content management databases.

•  Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to learn and integrate AI tools for proposal management, content development, and workflow automation.

•  Flexibility and willingness to adjust schedules as needed to meet proposal deadlines, including occasional surge periods.
