Description

We are seeking a Program and Customer Support Analyst to support a federal program onsite in Port Hueneme, California. This role provides cross-functional support for program management activities and customer-facing operations, helping ensure the successful execution of technical initiatives and strategic objectives.


The selected candidate will coordinate program activities, support internal and external stakeholders, monitor program performance, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication across multiple teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in administrative coordination, reporting, and program support within a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support program planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, and program events.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and executive reports.
  • Monitor program metrics and assist with performance reporting.
  • Provide customer support and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Coordinate communication across technical and administrative teams.
  • Maintain program documentation, records, and tracking logs.
  • Support onboarding and personnel coordination activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government procedures.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and other program support activities.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Communications, Technical field, or related discipline (or six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Experience supporting program coordination or administrative operations.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience preparing reports, meeting minutes, and program documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting government contracts or Navy programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with program management tools and performance tracking systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Navy policies, acquisition processes, or contract support preferred.
