Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PPF Installer to join our growing team. As a PPF Installer, you will be responsible for applying paint protection film to various vehicles to protect against scratches, rock chips, and other environmental damage. This role requires precision, patience, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.

Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Install paint protection film (clear bra) on hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, door edges, and full body panels
  • Ensure proper alignment, fitment, and a bubble-free, seamless finish
  • Perform thorough surface prep before installation (wash, clay bar, decontamination)
  • Cut and trim film using plotters and hand tools as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
  • Inspect work and correct any defects or imperfections
  • Communicate with team members and clients about services, vehicle condition, and timelines
  • Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in PPF and auto cosmetics


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year experience installing PPF (XPEL, STEK, SunTek, or similar brands) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Basic knowledge of automotive surfaces and care products
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods


Preferred Skills:

  • Certification with PPF brands (XPEL, 3M, STEK, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with tint or ceramic coating is a bonus
  • Familiarity with cutting software and plotter machines
