The clinic specializes in shockwave therapy, peptide therapy, pain management, and performance optimization, serving athletes, active adults, and individuals seeking non-surgical, integrative wellness solutions.
Position Overview:
The Medical Assistant will provide clinical support, ensure excellent patient care, and assist providers in delivering regenerative and performance-focused treatments. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Support
- Room patients, obtain vitals, and document medical histories
- Assist providers with shockwave therapy, peptide therapy, pain management procedures, and other regenerative treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Support injections, IV therapies, and phlebotomy (per certification and state regulations)
- Monitor patient comfort during and after procedures
- Accurately document treatments in the EMR
- Patient Care
- Deliver high-quality patient experience
- Educate patients on treatment plans, peptide protocols, recovery instructions, and post-procedure care
- Coordinate follow-ups to ensure continuity of care
- Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and communication
- Maintain inventory of peptides, injectables, and clinical supplies
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate record-keeping
