A leading naturopathic and regenerative medicine clinic in Scottsdale is seeking a Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to provide a professional, high-touch experience for patients. The clinic specializes in shockwave therapy, peptide therapy, pain management, and performance optimization, serving athletes, active adults, and individuals seeking integrative wellness solutions.


Position Overview:


The Front Desk / Patient Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in delivering concierge-level service. This position manages scheduling, patient intake, communications, and administrative operations to ensure smooth clinic workflow and exceptional patient experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Patient Experience
  • Greet patients warmly and professionally in person, by phone, and via email
  • Provide information on clinic services, therapies, and scheduling
  • Coordinate patient intake, registration, and documentation
  • Assist patients with pre-appointment instructions and post-visit follow-up
  • Maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Scheduling & Administrative Support
  • Manage appointment scheduling and clinic calendar efficiently
  • Confirm patient appointments and follow up on missed visits
  • Process payments, co-pays, and billing inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records in EMR system
  • Assist with insurance verification as needed
  • Support inventory management of front office and clinical supplies
  • Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow
  • Communicate effectively between providers and patients
  • Support clinic events or campaigns as needed


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical or wellness front desk role preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
