Position Overview

Acute Talent is looking for motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales/Commercial Representatives to expand our presence in the United States. This is a contractor role with a performance-based compensation model. You will earn competitive commissions based on the profits generated from the services you successfully sell.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals with an existing client portfolio and a proven track record in selling HR, staffing, or professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Acute Talent’s portfolio of services in the U.S. market.
• Leverage your existing client base to generate leads and close new deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR, staffing, or professional services.
• Proven sales record with an established client portfolio.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and manage accounts effectively.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
