Description

Is seeking a DIA Real Property Accountable Officer to support an upcoming federal program contingent upon contract award. This position is onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC and requires an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.


The selected candidate will support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) by managing real property assets, leases, occupancy agreements, facilities financial tracking, and compliance activities. The role partners with the Facilities Business Management Team (BMT) to support budget planning, lease administration, and property management processes while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense regulations.


This position also supports ARCHIBUS data management, facilities budgeting, reporting, and project coordination for mission-critical government programs. Worldwide travel, including USCENTCOM AOR, may be required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage DoD real property assets and lease agreements.
  • Review and maintain tenant occupancy agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and property documentation.
  • Track lease, utility, and facilities-related costs.
  • Support Facilities Business Management Team (BMT).
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) processes.
  • Maintain and update ARCHIBUS records.
  • Support budget planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders.
  • Generate reports and maintain property records.
  • Support worldwide facilities initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Property Management.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
  • Experience managing real property leases and occupancy agreements.
  • Knowledge of federal property regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with ARCHIBUS.
  • Experience with BUILDER.
  • Experience with facilities budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance required.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.
